How to Create Articles Easily in Five Simple Steps
With a simple formula, you can create articles, very quickly. Writing an article is not difficult and is easier and more fun than when we did it in school. Now article writing can be a pleasure, a therapy, a way to help others and it will help you become an expert in your field.
Those who write truckloads of articles, write them quickly because of a formula they created to help them. Preparation is the key to successful article writing.
The following five steps will allow you to create your own successful formula so that you too can produce tons of quality articles, quickly and easily.
Step One – Research Your Ideas
Write an article that will interest your audience. Look online if you are having trouble with the topics. Type your niche into a search engine and see the results that come up. Maybe some of them will spark some ideas. Write down the idea, because you will use it later.
Try Google’s AdWords Search Tool. Type your niche in the search box, then look at keywords for search phrases. For example, when I typed in “blog” I found the search “Write A Blog” and “Build A Blog”. By adding the words “How”, there are two ideas in the article.
Step Two – Create an Outline
Your outline will determine how your article is laid out and what format it needs. There are two easy outlines you can use.
- The list. Write down the points you will discuss, in order. Try three, five, seven or ten points. Using a list can also help you create a title, such as Three Simple Ways To Improve Muscle Tone, or Seven Things You Should Look For When Buying A Used Car.
- The question. Use Yahoo Answers, forums, or your customers to find answers to questions. You can expand an FAQ question into a short article about your company or product by answering a question in depth. If you have several different products, try to discuss the differences between them and explain which one is best for a particular application.
Step Three – Create Subtitles
What does your reader want to know? For example, “How to Write a Blog” has questions that become subtitles. Once you have all this information, the skeleton of your article is complete. Now you need to change the body of your article.
Step Four – Write the Body
Once your outline is complete, it’s just a matter of writing a paragraph or two for each section. Fifty to one hundred words is enough.
An article is a summary, so keep it short. 450-750 words is a good article length. If it’s shorter, your readers may not feel like they have enough information. If it’s longer, you may lose readers who don’t have the time and patience to read further. Consider breaking long articles into several parts and linking them.
Step Five – Review and Edit Your Article
A good article is not written in a draft, but goes through editing. Ignore the article and come back later.
When editing your article, keep it simple. Try using this idea. Instead of paragraphs, use sentences. Instead of a sentence, use a phrase. Instead of phrases, use one word. Not only will this make your articles shorter, but it will make them easier to read.
Finally add an introductory paragraph to explain what you are going to tell your audience and a concluding paragraph to conclude your article. Summarize the content for your readers and take your readers directly to your resource box. That’s it. You have a five-step formula for writing articles quickly.
